Girls Head Coach
Collegiate Athlete Lalone was a dual athlete at the collegiate level where he competed in track and field and soccer at SUNY Cortland. He was a 2x National qualifier who earned All-America honors in the 200 meters and was recognized as the SUNYAC Athlete of the Week during his time there. He specialized in sprint events (60m, 100m, 200m) and relays.
Coaching After graduating, Lalone transitioned into coaching where he served as an assistant track and field coach at Muskingum University. He specialized in sprints/relays and mid distance while producing one All America in his two years there.
High School Accolades In high school at Ogdensburg Free Academy, Lalone was a standout multi-sport athlete, earning MVP honors in soccer and basketball and setting a school record in stolen bases in baseball where he led all of New York state during that year.
