Spring has sprung! For some of us that means stuffy noses and itchy, watery eyes. For Mr. Eklund's class, that means gardening! Westview Middle School participates in MUSC Boeing's school-based wellness initiative and with their support we are building a vegetable garden for students to gain a wide variety of hands-on learning experiences. Conversations about nutrition, wellness, and the science of botany are all on the table for these students! #MakingAPositiveDifference #STEMEducation #MUSCHealth
