Adventure awaited our Fourth Graders at Santee Canal Park! They explored the great outdoors, uncovered a bit of South Carolina’s history, and had an unforgettable day surrounded by nature.

Our First Graders had an a-maize-ing time at West Farm! Between the corn maze, hayrides, and pumpkin patch adventures, there were smiles as big as the pumpkins themselves!

Today's Loggerhead Leader of the Day is Armando Ventura Bautista for showing outstanding leadership and a positive attitude! Armando leads by example—always kind, responsible, and ready to lend a hand. Way to make waves, Armando!

Morning Meeting with our Jr. Renaissance Ambassadors! These student leaders led the way with a presentation all about this week's character trait! Each Ambassador picked a game they thought would be a great fit for their class!

Create an anti-bullying slogan and design for our district! Have your artwork posted in schools!
Return your design to the counseling office by Monday, October 20th. Be sure to include your name, grade level, and school.

LAUNCHing something exciting — the Loggerhead Luminary of the Week! Where we are able to shine light on an incredible staff member each Friday highlighting their creativity and dedication to CLS!

This week’s superstar is Mr. Gil! Working beyond the school day, he’s making STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) unforgettable and inspiring a love of learning through the Launch Program. Every week, he transforms his class cart into something magical, creating fun, engaging STEM lessons for all grade levels. Absolute superstar!

Our 8th graders wrapped up their American Revolution unit with some amazing presentations showcasing what they learned about this pivotal time in history. We are so proud of their hard work and creativity!
