Starting this September, HMS will begin offering the Heart & Sole Program to girls after school on Wednesdays. The first meeting will be on Wednesday September 3rd from 3:30pm to 5:00pm. Meet the Teacher Drop-In is MONDAY, August 11 from 3-5!!! Come early to HMS to avoid congestion with Hanahan Elementary's Meet the Teacher starting at 5:30. Supply lists are also attached. Student schedules are available in Powerschool Parent Portal.
Do you need your child to ride the bus from HMS to the high school for athletics or Marching Band? If so, we need some information right away. Please note that this option is only available for those students trying out for a sport, on a high school team, or playing in Marching Band. An alternate transportation form must be filled out asap, and emailed to Ms. Owens at owenskelly@bcsdschools.net (email contact has been corrected).

Do you need help with middle school registration? Let us help! Another walk-in help session will be held on Thursday, July 31st, from 1:00 - 5:00 pm. Bring a cellphone/device, ID, and two proofs of residency. Translation help will be available. New and returning students must complete registration to receive a class schedule and bus transportation. Make it a great start to the school year at Hanahan Middle School , 4200 Railroad Avenue. We can't wait to see your student in August at the HMS Villas!
